Hillary Manalac is the CEO and Founder of Lavi PR. In addition to being the moral compass of Lavi, Hillary is the Co-Founder and Vice President of the 501c3 military nonprofit Clever Talks.

Founding Lavi Pr in 2016, Hillary has been able to craft success for her wide variety of clients; from start-up companies, to nonprofits and entrepreneurs. From the start, Hillary has gravitated towards clients and companies with a positive message. Despite having one successful business, Hillary craved to continuously make a positive impact on the world. Aligning with her purpose to spread positivity in the world, Hillary co-founded Clever Talks to help inspire and empower our military and veterans. Hillary remains an active member of AAJA , to give back to the community as a mentor to up and coming journalists. Running two successful businesses, Hillary has been widely recognized as a woman entrepreneur.

Prior to solidifying her position of girl boss, Hillary earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Public Health from San Diego State University in 2015. Shortly after graduating, Hillary started her career in journalism at the Union Tribune. Throughout her time as a journalist Hillary covered a wide variety of stories ranging from heart wrenching stories surrounding disease to penny-less start up companies earning millions.

When Hillary is not using her journalistic wit to secure her clients the coveted features, she is hiking up mountains and running on beaches with her dog Sway. Despite being in charge of two companies, Hillary finds time to enjoy salsa dancing, baking and quality time with her traditional extensive Filipino family. 

Traveled around the world I’ve had few careers. Military, Security, Sales, Coaching. Worked in Iraq, Afghanistan, Israel, Dubai, Spain, Mexico, United States of America.

Valerie Charm Tatunay is a charming storyteller. As the Public Coordinator at La Vie En PR, Valerie creates valuable and maintains trustworthy lasting relationships with the public.

Prior to working with La Vie En PR, Valerie played a key role in several start-up companies,. From revamping websites, creating promotional videos and marketing tools, to managing social media channels and several community outreach programs, Valerie has helped each business reach coveted success. While supporting growing businesses, Valerie realized that her love for writing and creating can be used to pave her career path.

Valerie earned a B.A. in Communication from San Diego State University and M.A. in Strategic Communication from National University with honors. With a strong education background, Valerie is able to communicate on a global level, and assess the environment to determine the correct channel of communication to bridge the gap between the needs of a company and the public. Valerie’s strengths shine through when she can use her analytical and creative juices to craft eye catching press releases and content for websites. Her attention to detail and organizational skills make Valerie the quintessential event planner for various clients.   

Despite living in San Diego her whole life, Valerie still manages to discover special gems that solidify her love America’s finest city. As a devoted vegetarian for the past decade, Valerie is dedicated to promoting and living a healthy lifestyle. In her spare time, Valerie enjoys, spending time with her four dogs and soaking up the magic at Disneyland.

Christina earned a B.A. In Political Science from UCLA. She is currently attending USD and pursuing an American Bar Association’s Paralegal Certification. Prior to her working for La Vie En PR she worked in the private sector working in mortgage and finance. She is using her analytical, organizational and growing legal skills to build strong relationships with our clients.

Christina is a San Diego native and she has a passion for volunteering for non-profit organizations, and pro-bono legal clinics in the community. When she is not working or in school, she is spending time with her two dogs Oliver and Otis.
